    Description
    A CPA firm in the area is looking to add a Staff Tax Accountant to their team. This stable and growing firm offers their clients valuable knowledge and expertise in tax.

    Due to the recent growth of the firm, there is an opportunity for a Staff Tax Accountant to join this team of highly motivated staff.


    Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

    • Preparation/Review of tax returns with accuracy and technical compliance for business, individuals and trusts
    • Experience with assurance/audits.
    • Work closely with Partners, Managers and staff on client management.
    • Staff Accountant Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting
    • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and professional standards.
    • 3+ years of experience in public accounting
    • Strong interpersonal skills fostering client and staff relationships.
    • Strong technical skills pertaining to tax preparation, review, tax compliance, and audit.
    • Experience with MS / CCH / QuickBooks / Asset Keeper / Sage / ProSystems
