    We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about contributing to impactful projects and possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license with expertise in FDOT works, we want to hear from you.

    Role Summary:

    As a Civil Engineer you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. Collaborate with a dedicated team, ensuring projects adhere to industry standards and regulations. Your proficiency in FDOT works will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.

    Responsibilities:

    Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of infrastructure projects such as bridges and roadways.

    Manage, and oversee field crews, inspectors, junior engineers.

    Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

    Utilize your expertise in FDOT works to enhance project outcomes.

    Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineering staff.

    Work collaboratively with the construction crews, project engineers, and managers to

    discuss and rectify potential issues identified during inspections.

    Keep track of construction progress, focusing on aspects such as earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete reinforcement, and structural steelwork.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in civil engineering, or similar.

    Minimum 5 years working experience.

    Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.

    Working knowledge of drafting softwares such as MicroStation, CADD.

    Proven experience in the successful execution of civil engineering projects.

    In-depth knowledge and familiarity with FDOT work and regulations.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
