    Job Role:
    Leads innovation and new product processes for Auto-Chlor System's dishwasher and chemical dispensing portfolio.

    This pivotal role drives the development of new dishmachine IoT equipment and designs circuits and components to support legacy equipment.

    The engineer also manages continuous improvements to existing equipment models and collaborates closely with the Auto-Chlor equipment assembly team to enhance production processes and re-manufacturing operations.

    Working alongside field personnel, material vendors, IT, and in-house engineers, they provide robust solutions to Auto-Chlor System's equipment needs.


    This position requires a self-motivated leader capable of uniting diverse groups and guiding projects and products from concept to real-world application.

    Primary Position Responsibilities:
    Develops and implements solutions for dishwasher and dispensing innovation projects, including both new equipment development and existing equipment innovation. Projects vary in duration from two months to over a year based on Project Brief requirements.
    Administers regulatory compliance with agencies such as NSF, CSA, UL, BOCA, ASSE, UPC, and Federal, State, and Local authorities.

    Provides support to the field sales team on regulatory issues, with an emphasis on maintaining customer equipment operation without disruption to business.

    Provides technical support to field sales team, contractors, consultants, engineers, and architects.
    Develops and manages technical documentation for design control and field use.

    Knowledge of codes and standards for plumbing, sanitation, electrical, and building (NSF, CSA, UL, BOCA, ASSE, UPC, FDA)
    Electrical circuit troubleshooting
    Plastic injection molding
    Machine tooling and fabrication
    Familiarity with commercial water heaters and heat pumps

    Minimum Education Required:
    Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree or comparable years of experience.

    Minimum Experience Required: 5-10 years of electrical and electronic design experience, along with experience working with regulatory agencies. Experience in the commercial appliance industry is preferred.
