Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Broomfield, Colorado

Job Summary: The Sales Associate will support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals and initiatives. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, effective communication, and product knowledge to drive sales and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer activity with urgency, prioritizing assistance over other tasks.
Greet and acknowledge customers while providing appropriate service levels.
Effectively communicate merchandise value and quality, promoting current promotions and offering solutions for out-of-stock items.
Exercise sound judgment in addressing customer concerns and demonstrate selling skills to positively impact conversion rates.
Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the cashwrap while educating customers on benefits.
Maintain stock levels, ensuring all sizes and styles are represented and adhering to company presentation standards.
Support a neat, clean, and organized stockroom while maintaining a customer-ready environment.
Perform daily housekeeping duties to company standards.
Guarantee company assets by adhering to Loss Prevention procedures.
Inform Store Leadership of maintenance and facility needs promptly.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
Previous retail experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age

Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overnights, evenings, and call-in shifts
Physical ability to maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom, climb ladders, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs

Compensation: $14.42 - $20.19 per hour
