- Assist in emotional regulation and behavior support in a school setting
- Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Collect accurate ongoing data on client's programs
- Help build communication systems (AAC, PECS, ASL) with our non-verbal and emerging-verbal clients
- Teach and develop communication skills
- Collaborate with the clinical team to tailor ABA treatment plans, ensuring they are personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual
- Ensure clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions
- Training in MEBS (multi-element behavioral support) and PBS (positive behavioral support) systems that are person-centered and trauma-informed
- Training and assistance to achieve your national RBT Certification

- Experience working with children (personal/professional)
- At least 1 year experience in de-escalation and behavior management
- WA state Drivr's liscense
