    Technical Program Manager - Automotive EV Charging and Energy Storage

    We are seeking a motivated Technical Program Manager with a background in automotive engineering and program management, specifically in electric charging technologies. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex EV projects within budget and timelines.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Project Planning and Execution:

    Lead EV projects from concept to production, defining scope, milestones, and budgets.

    Develop detailed project schedules and coordinate with internal/external teams to drive progress.

    2. Technical Expertise:

    Act as a subject matter expert in automotive EV technology, ensuring compliance and guiding technical decisions.

    3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work with various teams to align project goals and facilitate workflows.

    Drive problem-solving and decision-making across functional groups.

    4. Risk Management:

    Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

    Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

    5. Stakeholder Communication:

    Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

    Prepare presentations and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

    7+ years of technical program management experience in the automotive industry.

    Strong understanding of automotive EV technologies.

    Proven track record of leading complex projects on time and within budget.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and with teams in a dynamic environment.

    Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, MBA, or PMP certification.

    Experience in team leadership, electrical/mechanical systems, EV standards, and software development.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Project Desktop, Jira, and Jama.
