    Position Description :


    The Manager, Ecommerce Sales will strategically develop and manage the B2B Ecommerce retail channel, leading the company's growth strategy and execution at Amazon.

    This role executes the sales strategy and works to build and enhance the hand2mind, Learning Resources, Educational Insights, and Brightkins brands within the Ecommerce channel (Amazon) in the US and Canada.

    They will be responsible for driving growth, leading analysis, and partnering collaboratively cross-functionally (Marketing, Product Development, Finance and Operations) across our family of brands in their markets.


    Performance Objectives :


    Manage, develop and grow partner relationships at Amazon in the US and Canada across multiple levels, categories and product lines.

    Serve as the voice of the customer internally. Responsible for quarterly and annual Ecommerce budgets in their territories.

    Establish Joint Business planning process and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Demand Planning, FP&A, Supply Chain) to grow revenue and reach objectives.

    Cultivate a strong working relationship with Ecommerce Marketing teams to ensure demand generation activities align with and work toward achieving overall sales goals.

    Partner with Marketing Analytics team to organize sales & consumer data analyses, integrate relevant business context, and translate outputs into meaningful insights to grow the business.

    Monitor market trends on Amazon, present findings, and identify new Amazon growth opportunities for the family of brands. Partner internally and externally to bring ideas to life.
    Ensure operational excellence throughout our service to Amazon. Lead team that owns administration of order fulfillment and compliance with relevant policies.
    Own financial aspects of the business unit, including developing the Ecommerce budget and managing the team's P&L.
    Coach and develop a strong, performance-oriented and cohesive team.

    Requirements/Preferences:
    4-6+ years experience in Ecommerce, digital marketing, sales, or business development roles.
    Bachelor's degree required.
    Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, ARA Premium, or Amazon Advertising is a plus.
    Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Proven experience in analytics and digital advertising a plus.
