Ghostrock, LLC., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Contracting company, is actively looking for a Management Analyst in North Charleston, SC.

Position Responsibilities:
Maintenance of program management artifacts such as OBS, WBS, Org Charts, Task Books, etc.

Development and maintenance of project management plansDevelopment and maintenance of risk management plansSoliciting risk elements, working with stakeholders to capture mitigation plans, and maintaining risk registersAssist with monitoring the activities of a cross functional team to ensure successful completion of projectsAssist with the analysis of capital path and resource requirementsAnalyze project artifacts and other relevant data to document lessons learnedCreate Integrated Master Schedules, maintain multiple schedules, and analyze schedule conflictsEffectively assist in the development and maintenance of a Communication Plan, stakeholder registry and communication trackingEffectively assist in the development of SOPs by creating, charting and running Technical Working Groups with process stakeholdersEffectively utilize PMBOK principles and how they are applied to support a software development lifecycleEffectively utilize CPI models such as CMMI, ITIL, and ISO in order to help identify process improvement opportunitiesPosition Requirements:

Active Secret Clearanceis requiredBachelors Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or BusinessSix (6) years of related analytical experienceFamiliar with PMBOK and CPI modelsProficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project and VisioPrevious experience working with NIWC is preferredFamiliarity with SharePoint is preferred.
