    Job Summary

    The Asthma Center Manager supervises respiratory care tasks. They create guidelines and protocols for the department and manage financial planning. Clients' needs must be met smoothly. We seek someone skilled in coordination, detail-oriented, and passionate about respiratory health solutions.

    What You'll Do


    • You will partner with the Director to set departmental goals.
    • You will be accountable for creating budget proposals and ensuring all spending stays within the approved budget.
    • You will participate in hiring by conducting interviews, training, guidance, evaluations, and if needed, managing dismissals.
    • You will review the quality of Respiratory Care and take corrective measures when required.
    • Your role will also include planning and coordinating work protocols, resource allocation, equipment usage and patient care schedules.
    • You will be in charge of ordering necessary supplies and manage equipment upkeep requests.
    • Offering education programs for department employees will also be a part of your role.

    Qualifications


    • A Bachelor's degree or Four additional years of work experience is also acceptable. If no degree, experience.
    • Two years in the field experiences.

    • EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
    • EXPERIENCE - 2 Years of Experience
