- You will partner with the Director to set departmental goals.
- You will be accountable for creating budget proposals and ensuring all spending stays within the approved budget.
- You will participate in hiring by conducting interviews, training, guidance, evaluations, and if needed, managing dismissals.
- You will review the quality of Respiratory Care and take corrective measures when required.
- Your role will also include planning and coordinating work protocols, resource allocation, equipment usage and patient care schedules.
- You will be in charge of ordering necessary supplies and manage equipment upkeep requests.
- Offering education programs for department employees will also be a part of your role.
- In-depth understanding of various asthma care methods, treatments, terminology, standards, medications, and associated equipment.
