    We're seeking an accomplished Clinical Training Nurse Practitioner to spearhead and oversee the training and continuous improvement initiatives for our team of medical providers. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for optimizing the performance and professional development of our nurse practitioners and medical doctors by leading training programs, conducting performance analysis, and implementing strategic improvements. Your leadership will play a vital role in enhancing patient care delivery and ensuring excellence across our medical team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design and implementation of training programs for nurse practitioners, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of nurse practitioners' performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate closely with IT and administrative teams to address technology-related challenges impacting nurse practitioners' efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Manage scheduling and availability of nurse practitioners to optimize patient access and ensure continuity of care.
    • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of nurse practitioners.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on training outcomes, performance analysis, and improvement initiatives for senior leadership.
    • Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between nurse practitioners and management, facilitating communication and driving the implementation of best practices.
    • Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide ongoing feedback to nurse practitioners to support their professional development and improve patient care outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in training and developing nurse practitioners, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in healthcare IT systems and data analysis tools.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of nursing education and training.
    • Ability to work in person in Charlotte, NC five days a week
