Proposal Manager: A Proposal Manager leads the development of winning federal (B2G) or commercial (B2B) proposals, and has project management skills and leadership experience. This includes overall development, maintenance, and execution of proposal development plan and schedule, and day-to-day focus, prioritization, and leadership to develop a compliant and compelling proposal. They manage a proposal team including volume leads, proposal writers, graphic artists and desktop publishers.

Project Description: Technical Volume writing, color team reviews, and orals coaching for the Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) Multiple Award IDIQ Task Order 1 to modernize and operate network infrastructure at four of 170 United States Department of the Air Force (DAF) bases throughout the world.
