- Coordinate pick up and delivery of service equipment to and from the shop, opens work orders, estimate sheets and updates service log. Dispatch technician
- Updating the shop board with status changes and flow of equipment in the building.
- Enter all estimates into the quote systems.
- Track all approved estimates, lost estimates closed estimates.
- Will discuss all repairs with technicians and Service Manager to ensure that follow up for every unit in the shop is communicated to the customer on a weekly basis.
- Will work with Parts department during repair processes to assist in reducing the time that repairs are completed.
- Will generate all shop service billing as repairs ate completed in a timely manner.
- Report to the Branch Manager/Service Manager any issues that seem to be slowing down or areas that may improve any processes.

Job Description*SERVICE COORDINATOR*Responsible to assist the Service Manager, Customer Service Representatives and Technicians to manage and coordinate service calls and shop repairs.
Maintaining estimate records and installing the estimates in the quote system and updating the shop board.
*QUALIFICATIONS:
Individuals must have above average computer skills and a background in Parts or Service. Must have excellent communication skills in both phone and e-mail.
