What you will do for C&F:

Process new and renewal policies that have been rated, add regulatory forms, annotate forms when appropriate, and complete required documents to be readied for distribution
• Modify/update existing policies by endorsement to reflect change requests submitted by our underwriters
• Correspond with others in Operations and/or other departments to obtain information or inform on account status or changes
• Examine letters from policyholders or agents, original insurance applications, and other company documents
• Organize and work with detailed office systems
• Review and verify data, such as age, name, address, and policy premium, and other policy specific detail
• Print and or distribute as specified

What you will bring to C&F:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Undergraduate degree and/or 1+ years insurance industry experience preferred
• Will abide by departmental policies and procedures, including authority levels, to comply with C&F's risk management controls

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $33,825.00 to a maximum of $56, The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee's contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
