    Responsibilities As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you are involved in leading strategic initiatives for the laboratory by defining deliverables and timelines, coordinating across business functions, managing budgets and risks, and ensuring timely delivery.

    You are responsible for the overall direction, orchestration, implementation, execution, and completion of projects ensuring consistency with organizational strategy, commitments, and goals.

    This includes coordinating efforts for project teams and third-party resources to define the initiatives objectives and oversee the quality of deliverables and products.

    The Senior Digital Project Manager takes a holistic project approach by collaborating with users, business partners, and technology partners to design, develop, and deliver with a focus on the user experience.

    You will develop an understanding of complex business functions in a well-managed, compliance-based environment while balancing the simplified user experiences to meet the needs of our scientific discovery mission.

    + Manage large projects with significant levels of complexity, including cross-functional project team engagement, diverse cross-directorate stakeholder groups, multiple external institutions, significant user impact, high risk, and strategic business impact.
