    Description

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and energetic experienced civil engineer to join our team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in site development, project management, and planning, with a strong background in sustainable design practices.

    The selected candidate will work on a wide variety of interesting and collaborative projects with substantial growth opportunity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and manage site development projects from conception to completion.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • California P.E. license required.
    • At least five years of experience in site development, project management, and planning.
    • Strong background in sustainable design practices, including Low Impact Development (LID) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
    • Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time at a desk working on a computer and viewing a screen.

    Compensation

    The base salary for this role is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on education, experience, and licensure. We also offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions.
