- Contribute to and have expertise in a broad range of tax matters such as domestic and international federal income tax matters, including cross-border tax planning strategies as well as taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of domestic and foreign corporations

KTS is seeking an associate with excellent academic credentials and at least 5 years of domestic and international tax experience to join our Tax and Corporate practice.
The ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively with partners and associates, and be a key member of the team.
