The Hybrid FP&A Manager will support the Finance Team on multiple financial initiatives, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, market-specific business driver analyses, and other various projects.

The role will be diverse, challenging, and offer opportunities for autonomy and growth.

The FP&A Manager will report to the VP of Finance and will have regular exposure to the CFO, functional leaders, and our operating centers.

Directly support the Finance team with complex ad-hoc and recurring analyses, including budgeting, operational KPI refinement, and company's growth plan Develop a deep understanding of business drivers, provide financial data, and develop insights to MedQuest executives, Regional VPs, center managers, and marketing

Directly oversee multiple recurring workstreams (e.g., support for month end close, KPI refinement), and one-time projects Regularly go beyond the initial scope of projects to identify and execute on additional opportunities for improvement or insight Prepare standard monthly and non-standard internal and Board-level reporting materials Build models and other tools to automate or semi-automate business processes and reporting based on specific needs of the finance team and other department leaders Manages a team of Financial Analysts and/or Sr.

Financial Analysts

Experience:

5-7 years of progressive financial planning, analysis, and modeling, ideally in FP&A at a growth-oriented company 2+ years of management experience preferred Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting or Economics or, equivalent experience required, with a CPA or MBA preferred
Experience with a big 4 accounting, investment banking or private equity firms preferred

Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards Ability to think strategically at both an enterprise level and at a granular level, often leveraging the details to derive strategic insights High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint;
NetSuite experience preferred not required.
