    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Metallurgist/Quality Manger based in Webster City, IA. The Metallurgist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including process control, metallurgy, failure analysis, and maintaining our ISO certification. The Metallurgist will collaborate with the team to ensure the highest quality castings and assist in developing and implementing process improvements.

    Qualifications

    • Process Control and Metallurgy skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related degree
    • Experience in a foundry or manufacturing environment is a plus
