- Develop and execute regulatory strategies and policies
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to navigate regulatory barriers
- Provide regulatory support and problem-solving expertise to the team
- Create and communicate a cohesive regulatory vision for the company
- Support and eventually integrate the efforts of the director of quality and branch managers
- Address challenges in getting dietary supplements approved in international markets
- Strong business knowledge and regulatory competency, particularly in the food manufacturing sector
- Background in food manufacturing or regulatory affairs within Food Manufacturing
- Experience with dietary supplements or medical devices is highly beneficial
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines across different regions
- Not currently managing a team but must understand and articulate a long-term vision
- Must be adept at finding creative solutions to regulatory challenges
