    Your Role: As the visionary leader of our Burnsville skilled nursing (LTC/TCU), assisted living, childcare, and adult day communities, your role extends beyond administration to being a catalyst for positive change. You'll ensure the highest standards of care and service, champion our mission, and foster a culture that celebrates life, honors every individual's journey, and bridges generations.

    • 80 Hours per two week pay period, salaried

    Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care, and Assisted Living/Memory Care.

    We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital and conveniently in the south metro of the twin cities at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN.

    • Drive Excellence: Uphold our commitment to the highest standards, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve the resident and community experience.

    • Steward Resources: Manage financial and operational aspects with acumen, ensuring the sustainability and success of our community, including our distinctive intergenerational program.

    • Engage the Community: Build meaningful relationships, connecting with residents, families, local organizations, and participants in the intergenerational program to enrich our vibrant community.

    • Enhance Our Environment: Collaborate to create an inviting and enriching atmosphere that reflects the diverse needs and preferences of those we serve, fostering connections across generations.

    Who You Are:


    • Educated and Experienced: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Must have licensure as a Health Services Executive or Nursing Home Administrator and LALD with proven leadership experience in a senior living or healthcare setting.

    • A Visionary Leader: With a track record of fostering high-performing teams and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

    Qualifications

    Required :


    • Bachelor's Degree:
    LTC Administration, Management, Human Services or related

    • License/Certification/Registration:
    • Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board or
    • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) (8/1/2021)
    • 3 or more years experience

    Preferred :


    • 5 or more years experience
