    Omni Aerospace is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. You will be reporting directly to our General Manager.

    This is an in-office position, you must live within a commutable distance from Wichita.

    We are looking to hire someone quickly, so this opportunity won't be around longEssential Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Define and document requirements for processes and products.
    • Internal subject matter expert on customer specifications and requirements.
    • Develop work instructions and create planning documentation.
    • Review and validate teammates planning documentation.
    • Error proof processes and develop close teaming relationships with CNC programming, CNC machinists, assembly mechanics and quality teammates.
    • Lead and support process optimizations and trouble shooting of product or processes.
    • Evaluate new processes/technologies and associated return on investments.
    • Other duties as assigned by management.
