    Description

    ROLE SUMMARY

    We are searching for a talented Supply Chain Analyst to ensure Trulieve's current and growing business operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. The Supply Chain Analyst supports the existing and developing Trulieve supply chain systems through the critical analysis of large complex data sets, maintaining and evaluating data integrity, supporting and developing existing tools/software business solutions, identifying value added activities and creation of business reports. To succeed as a Supply Chain Analyst candidates conduct themselves professionally, possess developed skills of critical thinking, ability to analyze large complex data sets, provide sustainable business solution recommendations, comfortable multi-tasking on varies projects and possess excellent communication skills. Prefer candidates who have a strong working knowledge developing and sustaining advanced tool/software business solutions.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain and implement continuous improvement opportunities for existing supply chain business solutions.
    • Create and transition new features and capabilities into the utilized supply chain tools/software in order to sustain success in a dynamic business environment.
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement operating solutions to existing supply chain software/tools.
    • Support and assist team members daily interaction with the existing supply chain tools/software.
    • Evaluate critically the processes and methodologies used by supply chain team within the scope of current tools/software and advise of improvements.
    • Collaborate regularly with internal business partners, such as supply chain or finance, on auditing & cleaning manufacturing data sets.
    • Develop scopes of work and path of implementation for methodologies and means of collecting data sets.
    • Data mine existing data systems by accepted best practices and statistical methods for trends, outliers, and anomalies for further evaluation of the value and meaning of the data.
    • Scrutinize analysis of data sets identifying opportunities for value added activities and correlating to the supply chain's business needs.
    • Present to business leaders within the organization both granular and executive level interpretation and root cause analysis of data sets through reports and presentations.
    • Prepare and distribute key manufacturing reports within the business at routine intervals.
    • Create new tools and strategies for controlling both existing and new business processes.
    • Support the implementation of value stream mapping activities.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
    • Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, supply chain or other relevant fields.
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a data analytics or systems specialist role.
    • Solid ability to analyze, identify, and correct mistakes within datasets.
    • Strong mathematical and critical thinking skills.
    • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of SAP and SQL a plus.
