- Work with external foundry partners for the development of integrated power devices in sub-micron technologies
- Execute development activities from TCAD to test chip development and process integration
- Drive device test on bench and wafer probe
- Manage device qualification and deal with any issues related to device reliability
- Works closely with marketing and product managers to define requirements
- Collaborate with IC design, test, and application engineers to debug, characterize and optimize performance at silicon level and successfully bring new products from initial concept through release
- Propose innovative and creative solutions where necessary to meet customer needs
- 15+ years of experience in power management technologies development of integrated power devices on sub-micron logic processes
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the integrated power device development process (from TCAD simulations to test chip layout and process integration)
- Hands on experience with TCAD simulators (Silvaco and Synopsys) and layout tools
- Proficiency in device testing and sufficient knowledge of device reliability physics to drive qualifications.
- Strong background in analog device technologies and low cost embedded memories.
- MSEE required, PhD preferred
