    We are looking for a Technology Leader to help design, develop, and launch next generation integrated power device process technologies. The candidate should have strong fundamentals in power management technologies of integrated power devices on sub-micron technologies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with external foundry partners for the development of integrated power devices in sub-micron technologies
    • Execute development activities from TCAD to test chip development and process integration
    • Drive device test on bench and wafer probe
    • Manage device qualification and deal with any issues related to device reliability
    • Works closely with marketing and product managers to define requirements
    • Collaborate with IC design, test, and application engineers to debug, characterize and optimize performance at silicon level and successfully bring new products from initial concept through release
    • Propose innovative and creative solutions where necessary to meet customer needs

    Qualifications:

    • 15+ years of experience in power management technologies development of integrated power devices on sub-micron logic processes
    • Deep knowledge and understanding of the integrated power device development process (from TCAD simulations to test chip layout and process integration)
    • Hands on experience with TCAD simulators (Silvaco and Synopsys) and layout tools
    • Proficiency in device testing and sufficient knowledge of device reliability physics to drive qualifications.
    • Strong background in analog device technologies and low cost embedded memories.
    • MSEE required, PhD preferred
    Annual base salary for this role in California, US is expected to be between $120,000 - $200,000. Actual pay will be determined on a number of factors such as relevant skills and experience, and the pay of employees in the similar role.
