Job Description/Summary:
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, strong planning and problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay organized and multi-task in a very busy setting.
Major responsibilities include ensuring guests are greeted immediately and guest needs are responded to quickly, properly booking the restaurant (using the Open Table System ) to maximize the number of guests received, and maintaining a consistent flow of guests' orders to the kitchen while ensuring guests are satisfied.
