    Territory Account Representative

    Truck Master Warranty is seeking a Territory Account Representative for our product, Truck Master Warranty "TMW." TMW provides best-in-class mechanical breakdown warranty products to customers through our authorized seller network as well as claims administration services to the medium/heavy duty commercial truck and trailer industry.

    The Territory Account Representative will play an integral part in the Company's goal to expand our business across the United States by concentrating their efforts within a 3-hour driving range from the following market:

    · Philadelphia PA

We operate from two offices in Youngstown, Ohio and Overland Park, KS and specialize in insurance, risk transfer, warranty, and other specialty insurance products for finance, trucking, and automotive markets.

    This position is Monday – Friday. We provide a competitive base salary with a generous commission structure & mileage reimbursement. We offer seven holidays off with pay, health care starting day 1, and a full benefits package.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Meet or exceed production goals by:

    · Visit dealers in your territory, build your business and expand product distribution.

    · Tracking progress into company CRM

    · Researching, prospecting, networking, & cold calling dealerships

    · Teach and coach dealers on products.

    · Plan and organize daily/weekly events and travel.

    · Monitor accounts and follow up with dealers regularly through additional product sales, training, and problem solving.

    · Participate in weekly department meetings.

    · Provide excellent customer service to your accounts.

    Requirements:

    · You must live near Philadelphia PA and be able to commute in a 3 hour radius

    · Professional demeanor and appearance

    · Reliable transportation you are willing to use for work travel.

    · Have an outgoing, driven work ethic, with a positive attitude.

    · Must be a conversation starter, able to carry on a conversation, and have excellent follow-up skills.

    · You must be comfortable with outside sales, visiting 5-7 customers at different locations in a day.

    · You must be open to feedback, constructive criticism, and being held accountable to achieve your production goals.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to get your foot in the door and move past initial rejection.

    • Bilingual (English, Spanish) is ideal

    Experience:

    · Minimum 2 years' sales experience required.

    · Outside sales experience preferred but not required.

    · Trucking industry knowledge required.

    Education:

    • High School diploma or GED required.
    • 2- or 4-year Degree preferred
    • Sales training courses or company training a plus
