    Position Summary

    The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition strategies including recruiting, candidate experience, onboarding, and internship program. Oversees effective talent attraction and full lifecycle recruitment strategies. Delivers a best-in-class candidate experience. Establishes and drives process excellence in recruiting and onboarding new employees. Leads a high performing recruiting team.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develops and leads a recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, job board procurement, social media marketing, university relations, and recruitment campaigns to meet staffing requirements.
    • Establishes and manages the employer brand, social media, and employment branding campaigns in partnership with the Marketing & Communications team.
    • Oversees the strategy to support the candidate experience (applicant tracking, employee referral, on-boarding, etc.)
    • Ensures the right systems are in place and conducts RFPs when necessary.
    • Manages third party integrations within the system. Ensures quality end user experience and ease of use of the system.
    • Trains hiring managers in interviewing and onboarding.
    • Assists in employee retention and development.
    • Performs analysis of hiring needs and provides employee hiring forecast.
    • Finds and resolves bottlenecks in the recruiting process.
    • Suggests measures for improving employee retention.
    • Uses sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.
    • Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
    • Directs, plans, and participates in employment events internally and externally.
    • Provides tools, resources, and training for hiring managers to select high quality candidates.
    • Uses metrics to create recruitment reports and identify areas for improvement.
    • Other duties assigned as required.

    Skills and Abilities

    • Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
    • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
    • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
    • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (TS) and databases
    • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Good time management skills

    Work Schedule

    As a continued effort to provide a safe and productive work environment, Community Care Plan is currently following a hybrid work schedule. Staff are able to work from home 3 days a week and will report to the office 2 days a week. *The company reserves the right to change the work schedules based on the company needs.

    Qualifications

    • 5 - 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
    • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
    • Expert knowledge of computerized program management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with HRIS, ATS (applicant tracking systems), sourcing and recruitment marketing tools is required to perform the duties of this position.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions from hiring managers and the general public
    • Proficiency in writing reports and business correspondence
