    Job Description

    As a Physical Therapist (PT) with Interim HealthCare, you'll be part of the nation's first home care company, dedicated to providing personalized in-home therapy. Your work will focus on helping patients regain strength, manage pain, and reach their goals in a tailored setting that mirrors their daily lives.

    You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on your patients' lives by working one-on-one with them, tailoring treatments to their unique needs, and observing their progress closely.

    The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist program, active licensure in Massachusetts, and at least 1 year of experience in physical therapy, preferably in home healthcare. You'll also need CPR certification and knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.

    In this role, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each patient receives comprehensive care. Your key responsibilities will include providing in-home physical therapy to patients with mobility issues, collaborating with nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals, documenting patient progress, and adapting treatment plans as needed.
