- Contributes to the evaluation of the nursing care and to the modification of the plan as needed to achieve measurable goals and objectives
- Contributes to the interdisciplinary team process at team conferences and other team meetings and offers input into team decision making within their scope of practice.

Full-Time or Part-Time
Days or Nights; every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation
Shift differential for qualifying shifts
Benefits Eligible
Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 for qualifying candidates
North 6 provides nursing care for patients on a 25 bed Med/Surg unit.
Patient population includes includes post op care for patients having major abdominal surgeries including colorectal, esophageal, liver, and pancreas surgeries.

Responsibilities
Education:
Successful completion of a licensed practical nurse program from an accredited college.
Experience:
Preferred Experience or clinical time in Post-Acute Care or an Acute Care environment.
License(s)/Certification(s): Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Iowa.
Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain certification within three (3) months from date of hire.
