We are seeking a Baker to join our team Our bakery plays a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable experiences for guests' events and everyday moments alike,Responsibilities
- Follow recipes and production lists precisely to ensure high-quality bakery and pastry items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and dry storage.
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests by assisting them with finding items,
taking special orders,
and addressing concerns. Answer phone calls with proper etiquette
and ensure guest satisfaction. Stock Monitoring Keep an eye on stock levels
& service floor needs ensuring proper assortment & production level especially for early mornings & evenings Quality Standards Maintain food safety logs & ensure all quality standards including quantity expectations are met by 10 am & 5 pm daily Team Collaboration Work closely with all Bakery associates to meet department goals supporting a positive team environment Honor Commitments Regular timely attendance compliance with the work schedule adequate notice find replacement occasional absences Support the Team Other duties assigned To perform this job successfully individual must able perform each essential job duty satisfactorily The requirements listed below representative of knowledge skills ability perform essential functions To be successful Baker role should have Customer Focus Ability deal tactfully effectively with guests all personnel Effective Problem-Solving Ability quickly assess resolve issues dynamic stressful work environment supporting team members Safety Awareness Comprehensive understanding safety requirements company safety policies including proper training ovens lifting techniques trash compactor baler mixers slicing packaging machinery other equipment Retail Expertise Knowledge retail food business perishable department operations ability make timely effective decisions Physical Demands Work Environment Stand one spot long period time bend stoop kneel regularly Full range upper body motion Lift up pounds frequent basis Frequent repetitive motion hands wrists Occasional exposure extreme temperatures Frequently near moving machineryJob description
