- Completes pick and pack orders in preparation for distributing donated tissue grafts to medical providers and surgical centers.
- Verifies product integrity – such as correct labeling, packaging, and packing lists – prior to shipment.
- Performs general shipping and receiving duties – such as accepting deliveries, corresponding with shipment vendors, and ensures the accuracy of product storage.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- The ability to lift up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis.
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience in warehousing or as a shipping clerk desired
- The starting wage for this position begins at 18.00 per hour.
- Up to 176 hours of PTO your first year

For over four decades, DCI Donor Services has been a leader in working to end the transplant waiting list. Our unique approach to service allows for nationwide donation, transplantation, and distribution of organs and tissues while maintaining close ties to our local communities.
DCI Donor Services operates three organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations: New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services, and Tennessee Donor Services. We also maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Sierra Donor Services Eye Bank.
Our performance is measured by the way we serve donor families and recipients. To be successful in this endeavor is our ultimate mission. By mobilizing the power of people and the potential of technology, we are honored to extend the reach of each donor's gift and share the importance of the gift of life.
Below are some of the key accountabilities/qualifications this position will hold:
SCHEDULE
Training for this position will be Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Once trained, the schedule will be will be 4 10-hour shifts between Monday-Friday and will be staggered between the hours of 7AM-7PM.
