    Westminster Schools of Augusta is a Pre-K through 12 regionally accredited, coeducational, college-preparatory, Christian day school enrolling over 550 students.

    The 34-acre campus is located in a residential section of Augusta, which is Georgia's second-largest metropolitan area.

    Responsibilities:


    • Supervise and manage maintenance staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance and repair activities for buildings, grounds, and equipment.
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing functionality and safety of facilities.
    • Inspect facilities regularly to identify and address maintenance issues, safety hazards, or code violations.
    • Coordinate and oversee renovations, remodeling projects, and new construction projects as needed.
    • Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance and repair work.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and vendors to coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
    • Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to meet maintenance goals and objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in building maintenance, construction, or related field, with at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience.

    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
    • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to operate maintenance equipment.
