    Essential Job Functions

    •Mix, cut, and bake biscuits.

    •Restock supplies- biscuit mix, flour, and buttermilk.

    •Clean dishes.

    •Clean equipment including ovens.

    •Cleans tables used to prepare biscuits.

    •Sweep and mop station.

    Physical Requirements

    •Lifting up to 35 lbs.

    •Standing 90% of shift.

    •No sitting.

    The Biscuit Cook Schedule

    •Early hours. 4 AM - 12 or 1 PM
