- Company resource for securing and technical execution of power plant consulting projects
- Diverse technical skillset in areas relevant to TG Advisers' engineering offerings
- Key point of contact with perspective and existing clients, ensure consistent communications and immediate attention to concerns
- Actively coach, develop, and retain engineering team
- Facilitate and participate in technical challenge sessions with subject matter experts
- Actively leverage company efforts to market to additional prospective or existing clients - facilitate technical presentations and demonstrate capabilities and offerings
- Interpret client needs, develop proposals, and ensure technical and business objectives are met
- Address project scope or schedule concerns reported to management
- Enhance business execution systems and operations
- Travel up to 20-25% maximum for site visits, business development, conferences, etc.
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Engineering (or greater)
- 10+ years of demonstrated turbine & generator engineering, manufacture or service related job experience
- Proficient in applicable engineering calculations, assessments, and analysis
- Proactive, resourceful and highly motivated with excellent communication skills and ability to work and drive business development in a high output environment
- Travel as required to support projects and business development initiatives
- Professional Engineering licensure and advanced degree
