    Job title: Gastroenterology - APP (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant)

    Description

    We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our dynamic team in the Pediatric Gastroenterology Department. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting central lines, monitoring inpatient and outpatient TPN regimens, triaging urgent outpatient labs and patient-reported concerns, coordinating admissions during complications or infections with different teams/specialties supporting CLABSI prevention including parent education.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage critical interventions/care planning changes directly impacting severe complications risks such as bleeding/ failure rates via efficiency-driven tPA ordering practices updates/coordinations within routine workflow checks relevant deliverables
