    Position Overview

    Freestar is eagerly seeking a Senior AI/ML Product Manager to lead our next-level AI-driven Ad Tech initiatives, with a special emphasis on machine learning and big data applications. In this essential role, you'll not only drive the AI & ML strategy for our Ad Tech platform but also focus intensively on applying machine learning and big data insights to elevate ad performance and enrich user experience.

    Collaborating with Engineering and Data Science teams will be a cornerstone of your role, complemented by active engagement with Sales, Yield, Demand, and Publisher Support. You'll be instrumental in delivering solutions that leverage the best of AI, ML, and big data to ensure a customer-centric, data-driven approach in product development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and define the AI-powered Ad Tech product roadmap, integrating innovative AI features and machine learning capabilities.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams, and other cross-functional groups, to uncover and exploit opportunities in AI, ML, and big data that boost Freestar's competitive positions and drive growth.
    • Analyze and leverage data, user feedback, and industry trends to inform product features and strategies
    • Employ a data-driven approach in a fast-paced Agile environment to define the scope, document requirements, and prioritize projects
    • Lead Agile product management, encompassing PRD creation and review, lifecycle oversight with tools like Jira, and collaborative work with engineering, data science, and documentation teams for effective feature communication.
    • Serve as an AI evangelist, advocating for the benefits and potential of AI within Freestar's products. This includes conducting internal and external presentations, workshops, and training sessions to promote understanding and adoption of AI technologies across various teams and stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of experience in product management with a significant focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy and execution with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
    • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications, ideally but not exclusive to the ad tech space.
    • Exceptional analytical skills with experience in leveraging AI for data-driven decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with AI experts, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple AI-centric projects and initiatives.
