A fortune 500 company in Fort Worth, Texas is looking for support technicians to assist with the support of a proprietary internal product. On a daily basis, the ideal candidate(s) will be working remotely to answer inbound calls from customers such as pharmacists, pharmacist technicians, etc. from large and small organizations to support their needs. Training will require some onsite expectations but once you training is complete, this role will be remote.
