Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lab Manager/Hardware Engineer 2 to join our team
The ideal candidate will provide expertise in hardware engineering to analyze complex hardware systems, design architectures, and address technical hardware issues
They will be responsible for procuring and performing acceptance testing on equipment, providing maintenance support, and deploying hardware solutions in Lab environments across CONUS and OCONUS sites

Responsibilities:
Analyze complex hardware systems and network designs.
Procure equipment and perform acceptance testing.
Provide preventative and remedial hardware maintenance support.
Deploy, install, and implement hardware in Lab environments.
Ensure solutions meet user requirements and prepare reports and recommendations.
Stay updated on existing and emerging hardware technologies.
Requirements: 14 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGINT solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline.
Alternatively, 5 years of additional hardware engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+) and familiarity with Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
