- Drive product development. From concept to shipping, you'll have ownership of the product end-to-end. This means scoping out specs, full-stack programming, conducting user interviews and testing directly with families, etc.

- At least 4+ years of shipping production-quality full-stack code in professional engineering roles.
- Experience with Python, Javascript, and React/React Native (or be willing to learn).
- Experience with data and architectures like API development, SQL/NoSQL datastores, messaging queues, etc (or be willing to learn).
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools like Git, Docker, K8s (or be willing to learn).
