- Understand contract requirements to ensure project delivery in-line with the agreed systems and processes.
- Support customers to develop long term relationships
- Ensure that all contracts are reviewed for scope of work, job site conditions and alignment of proposal terms and conditions. Provide timely communication of any contract changes.
- Work with management team to develop strategic growth priorities.
- Ensure projects maintain performance against agreed metrics.
- Work directly with project managers to ensure projects are delivered against the agreed commitments.
- Maintain a presence in the field to understand progress and build relationships with staff and customers.
- Ensure financial profitability of projects.
- Lead and manage the construction staff to ensure a safe and professional working environment.
- Ensure a high level of work quality at all times, supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure all employees are compliant with safety policies, OSHA, environmental regulations and other federal and state laws.
- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or other related field.
- 5 years of construction management experience
- Ability to manage and oversee multiple customers and projects
- Good organizational, communication and leadership skills
