Schedule

Clinic hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
24-hour call available, taken from hotel after rounding
Choose your preferred commitment: 5 or 7-day blocks
Cases and Procedures
Focus on adult patients with routine dialysis procedures
Collaborate with DaVita and Fresenius for inpatient dialysis care
Manage a volume of 1-15 dialysis patients daily
Requirements
Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years in Nephrology
Must have 2 years of case logs available
Licensure in Kentucky or active IMLC LOQ
Travel Accommodations
24-hour call can be taken from a hotel after rounding
