- Minimum 6-8 years experience in Big 4 or equivalent in a large, multinational publicly traded company.
- Proven expertise in handling cross-border tax issues and transfer pricing.
- Strong professional communication skills are essential.
- Advise on tax implications and strategies for international contracts.
- Conduct risk assessments, exposure analysis to optimize tax efficiency.
- Implement and refine transfer pricing policies, providing operational tax guidance.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external tax advisors on various strategic tax projects.
- Engage in tax research and draft technical memos, focusing on strategic planning rather than tax preparation/compliance.
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance; Advanced Degree and/or CPA, JD preferred.
- Demonstrable experience with international tax issues, including treaties and withholding tax considerations.
