    About the Role:

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse - PICU Assistant Manager to join our team at Hospitals on Incredible Health in Portland, OR.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Overseeing daily operations of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
    • Mentoring and guiding a team of nurses to ensure exceptional patient care
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives
    • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

    Requirements:

    • ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
    • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
