**Job Description:**

Capgemini is looking for a full-time Pega Developer in Woodland Hills, California.

**Responsibilities:**

+ SQL coding, data modeling techniques, semantic data layers, and campaign management processes is expected.

+ PEGA Development and PEGA Decisioning is required, along with proficiency in either Python or Java.

**Required Skills:**

+ Experience in Java, Python, CRM Marketing software, and Channel integration.

+ Certification as a Pega Decisioning Marketing trained consultant or Pega System Architect is desirable.

+ Industry certifications, such as those from Teradata, Microsoft, IBM, or Oracle, are advantageous.

**Salary Transparency** :

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to the highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
