Job summary
New 42 seeks a full-time Facilities Manager to oversee the cleaning, maintenance,and repair of buildings and other facilities at New Victory Theater and
New 42 Studios. The role will involve hands-on management of facilities staff,
budget tracking, building operations (HVAC, plumbing, electrical),
safety systems and emergency response.
The ideal candidate will have experience in facility management,
a solid understanding of building systems and regulations.
