    Human Resources Generalist

    About the Company and Opportunity of Human Resources Generalist:

    • Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping our companys talent and employee experience

    • Our clients team consists of passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds, bringing a range of perspectives and experiences to the table.

    Overview of the Human Resources Generalist Role:

    • Recruiting: screen and interview potential employees
    • HR Generalist conducts onboarding of new employees
    • Maintain employee files with HRIS system
    • HR Generalist participates in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
    • Advocate for employee retention and development
    • Assist with compensation / benefits paperwork

    Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:

    • Associate or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or a related degree
    • Two years of experience in a Human Resources role
    • Experience with a major payroll software is preferred
    • HR Generalist needs the ability to build rapport with all employees
    • Strong communication and organization skills, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
