    Home Health Administrator

    We are actively seeking a talented and dynamic Home Health Administrator to lead our agency in the Oak Ridge branch location. As a Home Health Administrator you play a critical role in leading daily operations, growing and mentoring an outstanding team of health-care professionals and marketing the agency's services through community outreach and building referral source relationships. The Home Health Administrator will also be responsible for creating and managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

  • Responsibilities


    • Responsible for the ongoing management of the overall operation of the home health agency within assigned branch.

    • Supervising the Home Health Program for Nuclear Care Partners and managing regulatory, licensing and medical oversight requirements of the home health care.

    • Supervising the Director, Home Health staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, monitoring, and performance management.

    • Ongoing liaison with the Governing Body, staff members, and the community.

    • Responsible for keeping the Governing Body informed of the conduct of the agency through regularly written reports.

    • Develop and build community referral sources by engaging in active networking on an ongoing basis.

    • Plan, participate, and evaluate outreach events with corporate involvement.

    • Works closely with all staff to ensure patient and staffing needs are being met.

    Qualifications

  • Must meet the minimum requirements for position per state agency licensing regulatory requirements, if applicable.
  • RN (with at least 1 year supervisory or administrative experience in home health care, hospice care or related health programs) OR Has training and experience in health service administration and at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care, hospice or related health programs (Does not require RN license).
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must pass required pre-employment screening.
