- This job is fully remote.
- The IP Paralegal for the Life Sciences Platform is responsible providing support to IP Counsels within the Life Sciences Group.
- Provide end to end support to IP Counsel(s), supporting formalities-based activities across the group for all IP topics, including patents, designs, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Prepare, file and format patent/design, trademarks, and copyright documents for submission to the UK/SE/EP/PCT & USPTO as required, completing all associated docketing requirements within Danaher's IP management tool.
- Instruct foreign outside counsel as appropriate at the foreign/national stage filing completing docketing activities.
- Monitor Life Sciences Platform central IP mailbox, docketing as appropriate and communicating with IP counsel.
- Manage the docket(s) of IP counsel as assigned, maintaining due dates, meeting weekly to review.
- Support IP Counsel, preparing reports from Danaher's IP management tool and capturing accurate outcomes from committee reviews within the tool
