We're hiring for a Patient Financial Services CSC Rep Lead for the Fairview Health HE-Midway Corporate Campus as a Full-Time, Day Shift, Fully Remote employee.The Patient Financial Services Representative is responsible for working remotely to provide Fairview Health patients an understanding of billing and insurance processing of their healthcare services. The CSC Representative Lead will provide training and oversight for staff regarding the financial solutions available to our patients either through direct payments, payment plans or screening for qualification assistance programs.
- 3-5 years experience in office clerical setting with at least one year in hospital clinic business office.
- Preferred: Associates Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
