Description

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with the provision of patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
Discharges duties in a responsible professional manner consistent with all standards of nursing care, hospital policies and procedures, and the current regulations governing nursing practice in the state.
Collects and prepares specimens according to policy and procedure.

Qualifications include:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Student nurse with at least one year clinical experience or completion of Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician Program.

Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
