The System Administrator will work along other IT staff members to maintain and administer our company's networked system of computers.++
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Computer Science, Related IT Field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years related experience; to include technical analysis and systems administration that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting software hardware diagnosis of network issues addressing trouble tickets and service tasks across all tiered levels. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented monitored to increase efficiency Identify bottlenecks which will occur due to growth trends in application usage or preexisting to the environment mitigate any possible disruptions Production environment users. Able identify root cause determine short long term resolutions Plans writes maintains documentation pertaining systems operation end user documentation Maintains inventories hardware software forms etc Assists training new employees level required optimum job performance provides refresher training existing employees needed Support escalated tickets Getting inbound calls needed Working after normal business hours planned downtime emergencies Any duties requested
- Maintains domain user account information including rights security system groups Maintains directory structures rights security software files services Supports internal 3cx voip systems administers end user changes features Troubles functional aspects phone system admin console methods available TCP/IP Networking Server Optimization Hardening Working knowledge SAN technology Manage IT system infrastructure processes related these systems Provides support day-to-day operations monitoring problem resolution client/server/storage devices mobile devices etc Implements troubleshoot performs data backups disaster recovery operations Assists personnel presentation conference equipment programs Resolves wide range issues troubleshooting software hardware diagnosis network issues addressing trouble tickets service tasks across tiered levels
- Suports maintenance VMWare ESX technologies Windows Server (2019 2022) Good understanding working knowledge Veeam Backup Replication Core Server infrastructure DNS DHCP SMTP SNMP etc Strong experience Active Directory management Maintenance domain user account information including rights security system groups Maintains directory structures rights security software files services Maintain servers computers printers Supports internal 3cx voip systems administers end user changes features Troubles functional aspects phone system admin console methods available TCP/IP Networking Server Optimization Hardening Working knowledge SAN technology
